Today is the day.... yes I have said it before many times referring to many different life altering decisions over the years from quitting smoking to weight loss to changing jobs. I have said it before and it i'll say it again at some point. Some changes would only last a short time before I would fall right back to where I started and others were true changes. As I look back they all began with the same enthusiastic attitude and determination, what I cant determine is what caused some to fail and some to succeed.
My name is Justin I'm a few short weeks from turning 30 I have 2 kids and i'm married to the the woman of my dreams and I'm FAT. I currently weight in at 300 lbs which classifies me as a politically correct obese. I call it FAT now i'm not ride in the electric cart at Wal-Mart FAT, but none the less i'm FAT.
I'm starting this blog to bring you along with me through my journey. Over the next year I am attempting to change my life and shred 100 lbs. I'll be sharing the good bad and ugly, as well as other insights from my daily life.
Beginning today I will be making the following changes, first off no sodas. Water Water Water. I will also begin waking up at 6 AM every morning. My diet will consist of protein and very little carbs. I'll be sharing my diet and exercise plan moving forward. Buckle up and join me, it should be fun.
